    Please read these Terms & Conditions thoroughly. By accessing or participating in the Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, do not participate in the Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program.

    The Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 21. If you are under the age of 21, you are not eligible to participate in this Affiliate Program.

    The Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program is meant to reward and thank loyal customers who promote our Alexandrie Brut Sparkling Wine. Participants of the Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program are able to earn and accumulate rewards in the form of cash, store credit and free merchandise.

    There are no membership fees associated with the Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program.

    Your Alexandrie Cellars rewards are personal to you and may not be sold or used by you for any commercial purpose.

    Payouts will be made directly through Refersion via PayPal.

    Any photos belonging to Alexandrie Cellars may not be published in print. Channels such as Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, blog sites, websites, email ads, etc. are all permitted for our photo use as long as the credit is given to Alexandrie Cellars.

    ELIGIBLE PURCHASES. The rewards that are available to you through the Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program are based on eligible purchases made from the Alexandrie Cellars website determined by your ShareASale Offer. Your own personal purchases are ineligible to earn rewards from. If a purchase is cancelled or voided by your referred customer, the rewards earned will be deducted from your account.

    PPC GUIDELINES
    If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in pay-per-click (“PPC”) advertising, you must adhere to our PPC guidelines as follows:
    - You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms (Alexandrie, Alexandrie Cellars, Alexandrie Brut), including any variations or misspellings thereof for search based campaigns.br> • You may not use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. Alexandrie Coupons).
    - You may not use our trademarked terms in your ad title, ad copy, and display name or as the display URL.
    - You may not direct link to our website from any PPC ad or use redirects that yield the same result. Affiliates must be directed to an actual page on your website.
    - If you automate your PPC campaigns, it is your responsibility to exclude our trademarked terms from your program, and we strongly suggest you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords.

    DOMAIN NAMES
    Use of any of our trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited (i.e., Alexandrie.website.com or www.Alexandrie-coupons.com).

    Abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187) with respect to our Program.
    E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of Alexandrie Cellars.

    SOCIAL MEDIA
    Promotion on Facebook, X, TikTok, and other social media platforms is permitted following these general guidelines:
    - You ARE allowed to promote offers to your own lists; more specifically, you’re welcome to use your affiliate links on your own Facebook, X, TikTok, etc. pages.
    - You ARE PROHIBITED from posting your affiliate links on Alexandrie Cellars Facebook, X, Pinterest, etc. company pages in an attempt to turn those links into affiliate sales.
    - You ARE PROHIBITED from running Facebook ads with Alexandrie Cellars trademarked company name.
    - You ARE PROHIBITED from creating a social media account that includes Alexandrie trademark in the page name and/or username.

    Purchases made through ads from Google Adwords (or the like) are invalid if they contain searches with the phrase "Alexandrie Cellars" or any phrase containing these words in sequential order that would otherwise redirect traffic from www.alexandriecellars.com direct website.

    COUPON GUIDELINES
    If you are enrolled in our Program and your Website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
    - You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the affiliate program.
    - Posting any information about how to work around the requirements of a coupon/promotion (i.e. first-time customers only) will result in removal from the program.
    - Coupons must be displayed in their entirety with the full offer, valid expiration date and code.
    - You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.
    - You may NOT give the appearance that any ongoing offer requires clicking from your website in order to redeem. For example, if all items on the site have free shipping over $100, you may not turn this into an offer that infers that the customer must click from your site to get this deal.

    Any negative or offensive commentary or content associated with the Alexandrie Cellars brand is grounds for termination from the Affiliate Program and all accrued rewards are suspended and/or cancelled.

    Without notice to you, Alexandrie Cellars reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account in its sole discretion if you have violated these Terms of Use or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Alexandrie Cellars may, in its sole discretion, suspend or cancel accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in the Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program is terminated, then all accumulated rewards in your account are void. Alexandrie Cellars reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. In the case that the Alexandrie Cellars Affiliate Program is terminated, you will receive any outstanding rewards. Alexandrie Cellars reserves the right to change or update these terms for any reason without prior notification.
